Why can't I delete this video file?

I uploaded it to youtube, so I don't need it anymore, but when I try to delete it, it says "It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again." But nothing is using the file!! Nothing else is open or anything, its just on youtube, you don't need to keep it after you upload it.

some service in the backgroud might still be using it. If the problem persists and it drives you insane then I would just boot in safe mode where there are minimal processes running and delete it.

Try closing out firefox, or open up task manager and end the firefox.exe process.
