Why can't I do this on my Mac using Safari?

I'm having a problem with Safari on my Mac that doesn't happen when I use Safari on my Windows. I'll use Myspace as an example for the problems I'm running into.

Safari on my Mac will not let me navigate Myspace completely. The standard menus such as Mail, Profile, Friends, etc that have a drop menu selection failes to happen. But using Safari on Windows those menus named drop down like they should when you put the cursor over them.

How do you get Safari to respond like it should?

I use a Mac iBook G4 with Mac OS X 10.3.9

  1. its for reasons like that that im not going to buy a mac. see most web sites are made for windows and ie/firefox. safari handles things diffenently than those two. and therefore you will have trouble navigating some web sites. i recommend getting at least firefox. i use firefox and IE interchangeably.

  2. First to spartan dont dis mac. Alot of websites are made on mac. Im not sure why this is happening it should work find on safari but I would suggest getting firefox for your mac. Also your software isnt to up to date your upgrade to 10.5 that might help.
