My mouth tends to get really itchy and my ears too when I eat the following raw:

Apples

Peaches

Cherries

Plums

Pears

Kiwi

Eggplant

Tofu

Macadamia nuts

Almonds

Soy nuts

Papayas

Soy Milk

and a lot of other things I can't think of right now, but is there something in common they all have? I can eat most of the fruits if they are cooked/baked like in pies though, and Idk if this matters, but I have spring allergies. Is there any way to help me get over my allergies?

  1. I'd suggest for you to go and have a full allergy test - you might be allergic to a wide variety of foods. There might be something inherent in all those foods that sets off your allergic reaction, or maybe you are allergic to multiple things. Otherwise, you might have some metabolic or glandular problem. It's very difficult to pinpoint or diagnose things online, seeing as how in person I'd be looking at a medical chart with your medical history and I'd probably want to run tests.
