My mouth tends to get really itchy and my ears too when I eat the following raw: ApplesPeachesCherriesPlumsPearsKiwiEggplantTofuMacadamia nutsAlmondsSoy nutsPapayasSoy Milkand a lot of other things I can't think of right now, but is there something in common they all have? I can eat most of the fruits if they are cooked/baked like in pies though, and Idk if this matters, but I have spring allergies. Is there any way to help me get over my allergies?
