ok so all my friends say this isn't something to complain about

but i've been kinda dizzy lately

and yea- i would loveee to lose weight i'm a size 8-10 5'8 148lbs (now)

but not like this!!!

only thing is, i dont have a choice

i stopped exercising because it makes me feel sicker

i'm never hungry and if i try to eat i feel nauseous

today i woke up feeling sick, the only thing i could get myself to eat was a marshmellow today, and its already afternoon. yesterday i ate a peice of bread, the day before a bowl of plain pasta, and this has been going on for 3 weeks! 3 weeks ago i was 156 but usually i'm 150 i just gained weight because i went on birth control. but i'm scared to drive because i feel like i might faint

i get dizzy when i stand up

the sight and smell of food makes me nauseous

i told my mom, and she bought me a pregnancy test (i'm not pregnant) she says its just a phase

but i dont know what to do

i cant go to the doctor because i already went 3 times this year and my insurance wont cover it!

help!!!

  1. It is important you eat, which you are well aware of. Try in the morning to have a smoothy. more a drink than food and a multivitamin. put a scoop of whey protein, fresh fruit of your choice and either juice, water or milk. If you want to add some yogurt go for it. Blend it up and sip it slowly through a straw if that helps get it down.

You may want to do this again later in the day if you cant get anything else down. Hopefully it will pass, but just waiting it out is probably not your best choice!! Food is essential for life and normal bodily function.

Also, your metabolism is slowing down drastically due to this change, and you will end up gaining all the wt back plus more if this goes on for too long. Do your best to eat plain food slowly. Even if you feel sick. Try to go for a walk for exercise and nothing too strenuous until you are consuming enough calories.

you are smart for not driving right now.
