  1. Try very gradually increasing the amount of fiber in your diet.  This gives your body a chance to slowly adjust.  Some people get the same symptoms you have when they make a sudden change.  Do it very slowly and see if your body tolerates it better.  Start with a portion of fruit or veg or whole grain a day and stay with that for like a week and increase the amount and or number of servings gradually.

Also keep a food diary.  This will help you pinpoint what really bothers you.  You many have a bit of a food intolerance.  But on the other hand, not everyone can eat every food and not have an issue.

And you might want to think about eating some yogurt with the "good for you" bacteria in it.  You might be lacking the bacteria in your intestinal track to properly digest the fiber also.

If none of the suggestions work, talk to your doctor.  It could signal a problem that might need some medication/extra care.

  2. If You get stomachaches,do not eat the stuff. The cholesterol decrease can be achieved otherwise, like going vegetarian, avoiding meat, eggs, butter or else like this

  3. i think u have a colon problem my friend u need to go to doctor !!

  4. Ask your doctor, it could be something like diabetes or something.

  5. It is probably a food intollerance...those sound like the same symptons I get from corn and corn products and I was told it was a food intollerance.

  6. fiber helps you go p**p my friend

  7. jabba only eats paddy frogs

  8. There are way more sources of fiber than those. Beans, by the way, can give you gas (bloating, that sort of thing). You need to balance your diet.

How do you feel when you eat fruits and vegetables? Most of them are fiberous.

You should eat oatmeal nearly every day. And you should switch all of your pastas and breads to whole grains. And you should incorporate plenty of vegetables and fruit into your meals. You also need protein from lean meats and/or nuts. I would incorporate raw almonds into my diet, if I were you.

Do some research on the internet and find out what foods will help you to lower your cholesterol. Exercise will also help.
