Why can't I edit the Market Summary module on my Yahoo! home page?

Question

When I click on the "Edit module" option, I either get a "cannot display webpage" message, or sometimes, I get the edit page, but after making the changes I want and clicking "finish" my home page reappears and the changes were not saved.
