Why can't I find the new 24/7 N channel?

People have said that it stays on the same channel, but mine still shows Noggin in the morning and the N at night... I am so confused. By the way I have Dish, is that why it didn't change?

Ravenclaw is right, Dish is the only major provider that doesn't offer Noggin all the time. All you can do is change to DirecTv or cable unless they change their minds at Dish.

Well the reasoning for that is you have Dish.  I have the same thing and I don't understand it but I guess the way Dish set up there system they wouldn't change there ways for the N.  Either that's life.  Get over it.
