Why can't I find this song on itunes?

I can't find "All Summer Long" by Kid Rock.

i checked and they dont hav it up. It may be that his album hasnt been posted up on itunes yet or that itunes doesnt hav the rights to publish his album. Id reccommend checking amazon.com and their mp3 section and they might hav it
