Why can't I get my real time stock quotes on the portfolio summary?

Real time quotes are available for the individual finance pages, but not on the front-page summary. Anyone have info or a fix?

for real time quotes most places charge for that service. Expect a 15 minute delay for most sites that are not pay sites.
