Why can't I get new ringtones?

I just got the enV2 and I'm trying to get new ringtones, I don't have anny applications to get them with yet and when i say get new applications it says "Unable to verify your account information. What do i do?

and they have a lot of options to get your ringtones

either call customer service for your type off cell phone or use a music website like myxer.com
