Why can't I get on canasta without having to get a magnifying glass to see the code number before it lets me p

I change screen size to 150%  sometimes 200% for the small ones, makes them easy to read. look bottom right corner for the 100% icon click arrow to change.  Or hold down the  ctrl key and turn mouse wheel
