Why can't I get onto the internet after installing Kaspersky security? ?

I have Orange Mobile internet which was running perfectly untill I baught and installed Kaspersky Internet Security.Now I can't get onto internet. Sometims I can get on but it takes +/- 45mins to load a page.Anyone know why or have any advice?????????Thanks

Open the program, click system security, click Firewall and on the drop down menu click settings. Under application filtering make sure its enabled. Beside that click the settings tab. Scroll down to the low restricted group and look for your modem. When you find it click it and then right click the four icons one at a time and select allow on each of them. Press ok on the window, then on the next press apply. [Don't forget to press apply]

Make sure your windows firewall is off.Click start-control panel.Administrative Tools-Service Shortcut it's at the bottom.The same

Control Panel and then.Network Set Up Wizard and go through it.

Do you have another security programme running at the same time? If so you need to disable it.
