I click Install Now under "Get the free Yahoo Music Jukebox" and then click on "Get Started" under Step 1. I get the File Download window and click "Run". It appears to download, greenbar fills and the next box asks me if I want to run the software. I click on "Run" again, get my hourglass for a few seconds and then nothing happens. When I check task manager it does not show that anything is running.

  1. This maybe so because your computer may not have one of the requirements:

"Windows XP or Vista (32 or 64-bit versions)

    Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher ( Yahoo! Music Jukebox Plus requires Windows Media Player 10 or higher)

    Pentium III 1GHz processor

Latest Windows Service Packs (SP2 is recommended) "

  2. Why don't you go to the Yahoo Music page, go to downloads, and click free player. I believe thats the same program but your getting it by a different way. It tells you to save the download, and plus its a setup file so you don't have to download it over and over again.

  3. maybe try restarting your computer, and check if you have the requirements needed to install Yahoo Jukebox. ;o)
