Why can't I hear anything in Launchcast on either the IE Jukebox nor the Messenger plugin?

In Messenger, only announcements are audible. In both versions, you can see songs and albums running as if music was playing, but no sound comes out.

I have Windows Media 11.

This is an old problem that Yahoo! can't seem to fix.  Usually happens to Launchcast Plus or Unlimited users.  If you fall in the latter categories, then try creating a new Yahoo id.  See if that id gets sound.  If it does, then contact Yahoo! and ask them when they are going to fix the problem.  I've know about it for at least 4 months.
