CAUSE U HAVE TO ERASE DA OLD VERSION FIRST..IF U HAVE WINDOWS A LIVE CHAT WILL WALK U THRU OR HP GO TO HP.COM AND TROUBLESHOOT AN CLICK LIVE CHAT..SAME WIT WINDOWS..BUT TRY TO ERASE OLDER VERSIONS AND THEN TRY 2 REINSTALL DA NEW ONE

Could you be more vauge?  Sounds like a PEBCAC error.

If you had it installed before, you will need to get the Flash Player uninstaller program. Before you can reinstall it. You can download it from this website:
