Why can't I keep Yahoo.UK and Ireland?

Question

I live in Spain but am not fluent in the language yet so why can't I keep Yahoo UK and Ireland as my home page, I am too Old to learn the complexities of the internet in a new language, I find it hard enough ordering food, there are 3,000,000 brits living in Spain which is more than the population of Ireland so why not have a separate website for UK ex pats abroad ?

It changed to Spanish because it detects that you have a Spanish IP address and so assumes you speak Spanish

To change the language settings then just follow these instructions: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/?qid=1...

Then at the bottom of any Yahoo page you can see the UK flag and this takes you to the UK environment
