Question:

Why can't I land my back tuck?

Just recently my back tuck has gotten a little funny meaning that I'm not rotating it all and what I seem to do is get between half and 3/4 of the way over before I just flop down. I don't have it on the floor yet, but was doing it on the trampoline with my coach today and I've never done it on the trampoline before but I did the same thing that I've been doing lately and just kind of flopped.

How can I pull that last bit of the back tuck over? And if you have any other tips on back tucks then those would also be greatly appreciated:)

  1. Just jump up but go back really hard and bring your knees to your chest. ask you're coach if you can do you're back on the trampoline a lot because trampolines help a lot .....lol :]  GOOD LUCK!!!

  2. Remember to set!

and like the first answer said, jump as high as you can and bring your knees tight to your chest.

  3. Ok well when doing a standing back you need to jump high then when your at the top of your jump pull your nee's over you head and keep pulling them till you hit the ground. Some poeple stop pulling there Nee's and that mite be what your doing. But also DONT whip you head back, it makes you undercut.

    Good Luck!
