Why can't I log on to any sites after a yahoo web search.?

I have been having problems with "Your current security settings do not allow you to sendHTMLforms".I thought I had cured this through internet options-security-local intranet-advanced-naming yahoo.com as the browser.

Have you tried dropping your address list down from the address bar. Black square with black arrow to the right hand side. Put mouse on square ledf click this then brings you addresses up what you have already viewed hope this helps.
