Why can't I make Yahoo as my homepage?

Everytime I log on the internet, its another website - gophersearch - is always the homepage. Even if I click on making yahoo as my homepage. Even if I change the internet setting, it still goes back to that gophersearch as the homepage everytime I log on. Why is this so? How do I make yahoo as my default homepage each time I log on to the internet? I always click on make Y as my homepage but it just doesn't work. It still goes back to gophersearch.

That happens when people surf p**n sites then they get infected with spywares.

You know what man? It's kinda spy installed on your windows. I had the same problem. It will remain until the next windows changing.

hey try this..open ur webpage then go to the "tools" in the menu bar click internet options.in the window which opens- under the category "general" change the home page site to yahoo. it should work.
