You might have a firewall on your browser which prevents java programs from loading, if thats the case you need to go into internet options and check the security levels and see if java is being blocked, or possibly your computer needs to have some space cleaned off the hard-drive by defragmenting or deleting old files

We have 3 computers, and one of them just won't load the programs right either!   The other 2 are just fine:) .... so, there may be a problem with your computer that you need to discuss with your computer repairman
