Why can't I put songs on my MP3 Player?

I keep getting Uknown Error (0xc00d2772) and it tells me that the song can't be put on my mp3 Player. I have put several songs on before and had little problem, but now every song is saying that. When I try to reacquire licenses, some go through, but most end up with an error message. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like your DRM may be corrupt.

Try reinstalling the firmware on your player.
