Why can't I renew my team in Football Plus for 2008?

have been in leagues for 8 yrs. want to get a team for 2008. All info. is accepted but screen says something to the effect that there is a problem (right at the very end) and asks me to try again (which i have done more that several times).

I don't know, but I had a prob renewing one of my leagues (I was under league renewal) and I clicked on "contact us".  They said they'd get back within 24 hours and they did!  And this was on the weekend.

I'd just ask them.  In my case, the info wasn't transferring because I hadn't registered the URL.
