Why can't I search my mailbox?

Every time I try to seach within my Yahoo! mail, it tells me that nothing can be found. Even when I search my own name, which is in 99% of the emails. I used to be able to use this function, then I briefly switched to Yahoo!Beta. Ever since I switched back it has not been working. I am getting very frustrated. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am sorry to here your trouble. I think you forget your yahoo password or did not open it between two weeks. If you do not open it between two weeks it does not work. You can create new yahoo ID any time and I think this is better option for you.
