  1. this is due to several things. it may be your PC settings are set so that no images Will be displayed? look in control panel etc. or it can be the search engine itself. I use fire fox and cannot see any images at all. when I switch to outlook I can see  the images easily. have a peek at the settings for security etc a tweak or two may see you seeing what you want. Some programs also stop images being displayed but it is possible to 'tell' the program to allow images.

  2. its your sunglasses. take them off! if this doesn't happen all the time then don't worry. re-boot and see. Is there something running in the background that's eating your memory? Also, sometimes you just need to hit 'refresh' on your browser. Anything more could be a software glitch and at worst, you may need to re-install the browser. If it's been corrupted. Have you tried a different browser? I'm sure Firefox uses less memory. Anyway, this has happened to me tons of times but not for a while. It shouldn't be anything to worry about and could just as well be the site as your PC
