Why can't I see cable channels on my TiVo?

I've had my TiVo successfully set up through my Time Warner Cable box for many months. Recently, for no apparent reason, it is no longer getting the cable signal, but I can see the network channels with no problem. I've run the diagostic tests under channel changing and it changes it the first time to the sci-fi channel and after that, the next 10 tests fail and it can't move off of the sci-fi channel. I've called TiVo and been to the support area of their site. So far, no one has been able to fix this problem and the cable company obviously will not support TiVo. Please help.

Maybe it's the problem of your TiVo, Because as you said there are no problems with your Cable and you have the incoming signal, So It Must Be The Problem Of Your TiVo.

Try to test your Tivo in someone else's house.
