Why can't I see the controls on my launch cast radio station?

My radio station pops up but there is no color behind the station so I don't have any contrasts to see the controls like skip or pause or volume....Help!!!...

  1. It's probably because your computer does not support Flash Player or Windows Media Player. The requirements for PC are:

    "Windows XP or 2000

    IE 6.0 or greater

    Firefox 1.5 or greater

    Windows Media Player 9 or greater

    Flash player 8 or greater"
