Why can't I send picture messages to Mexico?!?

I have been trying to send songs that I have recorded and pictures from my cell phone to my friend's cell phone that lives in Puerto Vallarta during the week and Las Varas on the weekends. It never works. He says it shows up as a message but there is no content. Anyone know why he can't receive them?

Your friend has to change the setting for received data and MMS. Normally, the settings are setup in restrictive way so that you can only receive data and MMS when you are in your country. This is the default setup. Your friend has to change it to international/roaming settings. This is due to the fact that sending MMS or data internationally is going to cost you more due to roaming costs. You might have similar settings on your mobile phone in place.
