  1. Move round to the other side of the world, so you wake up in the morning instead :)

  2. Hello , try these they might help :-

-Regular day exercise can help sleep.

-Avoid caffeine and alcohol in the late afternoon and evening.

-Keep a regular bedtime schedule, including weekends.

    -Avoid daytime naps.

-Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool.

    Good luck!

  3. you could try using melatonin it is a very safe form of sleeping aid without any drowsiness in the morning but look it up and consult a doctor just in case

  4. Well, you could take some sleeping pills - it worked on my brother he had the same problem, or you could just have something on your mind!

    Hope I helped

  11. Try this:

Try not to sleep the whole day 'till 8:00pm...

Then follow this when you wake up:

    Don't eat heavy meals...

Exercise but do it just until 4:00pm...

Fix your bedroom, make your bed comfortable...

Eat junk foods before sleep. It will help you relax...

Don't do heavy works before going to bed...

    That's it.

  12. I'm not sure, sweetie, but you should really check with your doctor.

I don't know if it could be catagorized as something critical, but Yahoo! Answers is not the right place to be asking questions about your health. Most likely, more than half of us aren't certified to give you a correct/safe answer.

To be safe, go ask your doctor, or even a neurologist.

  13. An i Balance is supposed to enhance the natural process of metabolism and blood circulation in the body. It is not a substitute to help you compensate for a strenuous lifestyle. Assess your lifestyle. Broadly assessing the situation there may be 2 problems:

    1. Your busy lifestyle is taking a toll. Are you getting enough sleep? Try and get 6.5-8 hours. Are you exercising? You should get exercise in the morning and try and avoid it right before sleeping to improve your quality of sleep. Making smaller changes like this can really have a positive impact on your life.

    2. You could have a sleep disorder that may be affecting the quality of your sleep. Sleep apnea, insomnia etc. In this case you should get it checked out by a sleep specialist.

You can't expect a 50 dollar ionic cord to sole your problems. Take action. Hope this helps.

  14. may need meds

  15. i balance? .... stop using it and sleep.
