Why can't I study?

Question

I have a problem where I can not concentrate when i study.

What happens is i go to study for 5 mins and then walk out i would like to but i can't ... help

same here..but what i do, i only read it..not trying to remembering it...then i re read and re read...until i be ableto memorize it

hey...same here...even i face this problem a lot.....even after knowing that i hve to study i dnt know wat goes wrong or wat happens after 5 min...i just leave the place wer i was without any reason and than switch on tv or pc and start wasting time and after an hour or 2 i realise i was studying ....examzzz r after 15 days and i dnt seem to understand the seriousness and the consequences of getting failed...the only thing which i can say is just take care and study hard keeping in mind, future consequences of not studying...because after every faILURE i regret and wish if i wud hve done that ....and that decision at that time wud hve changed my present state...

and one more important thing...u always have to set ur priorities .....u know while studying ur mind has to be empty....there shud be no gossips ,issues ,tensions ,personal frustration and many more things...and the best thing i'll suggest u is that start enjoying ur studies ...take interest....study with a friend if u cant concentrate alone, but make one thing sure that u study....i wanted to share a few things more but i dnt hve time as i said in next 15 days i'll be appearing for cambridge examinations...

i can understand the mental state of a person when the person is willing to study and can't concentrate just because of some reasons...the amount of frustration,tension,depressions ,sometimes even peer pressure...a person Has.....

i am the same way gurl, i really dont know i dont study eaither but i still get okay grades, its just that if you force yourself to study or make a game of it, studying will be more funner, and you will learn more things no one else will no, because they dont study...so it really depends on your mood, feel relaxed, step away from the t.v. and just go with the flow.
