Why can't I talk to anyone at Sallie Mae that understands what I am asking?

I applied for a K-12 loan on 5/8 & to date the loan hasn’t finished processing…I have faxed and faxed plus mailed…. I have talked to a LOT of rep’s in the USA and Overseas…they tell you okay I am going to note the acct to process the paperwork and nothing happens…someone keeps putting the same notes on the acct…"a phone bill is needed" I even had the Comcast rep send a screen shot showing my #

I faxed paperwork from Comcast’s corporate office showing that I have their Digital Voice as part of a bundle…Cable/Internet & Phone

Comcast does not send a separate phone bill showing my phone number however I have received 2 call backs from Sallie on my home phone…They have the corporate document’s showing I have the phone service…they have called me at my house…How are you saving you don’t have proof of my phone number???

Also if I call from home Sallie Mae’s system recognizes me…when I call from work it does not and I have to manually input my phone number…this delay is crazy!!

I have had problems dealing with Sallie Mae as well.  I recently bought a house.  I just finished my Masters so my loans are deferred.  The bank needed something from Sallie Mae that said what my payments would be when I was in repayment.  You would think that would be easy.  I called them over 12 times and spoke to all kinds of people.  They either sent the wrong thing or sent nothing at all.  

    Finally I tried email.  With each of my emails they actually replied.  It took 3 tries for them to send what my lender needed but I got a lot better response from email than over the phone.

    Try emailing them about the problem and attach a scanned copy of your comcast bill.
