Why can't I upload my picture on Yahoo! 360?

Question

I can choose a picture, but it never says upload or anything.

I'll click save and it doesn't upload...

I checked the help page for it and it said there should be an "upload" button.

Why don't I see it?!

Look up at the top of the page, there may be a reason given, like on mine, it must be jpeg to upload. It tells me if I have the wrong format.

load jpeg picture in 360 & "SET AS PRIMARY" & save

then

in Answer's profile

click "edit my info"

click the button "use my 360 picture"

click preview & ok
