Why can't I use a 360 photo as an avatar?

Question

For some reason I'm unable to display a photo stored in my 360 gallery instead of using an avatar. I have always done this in past but now I'm unable to do so. Could it be that as this picture is not my own but a pasted image from a photo gallery and therefore could have a copyright so yahoo have barred my use of it?

I'm keen to know please. Thank you.

i know there has been problems in general 360 is supposed to be moving to a new platform,there has been many glitches and bugs etc,i liked mine,i also have the same problem,my pictures are not saving etc,i know before when mine was working i had to set as primary etc,no matter what i did when i went back it wouldnt be there,i just gave up on my page,hope they sort it.i think as long as you are under a certain size,and it has to be jpeg,good luck.

Should still be okay, try your setting in answers or 360 account could be a glitch.

Patience. If your image has successfully uploaded to 360 as the primary image and you've changed your settings in Y/A, plus both services are under the same Yahoo ID, then you just need to wait for the Y/A system to recognize the change. Sometimes it takes seconds, days, or weeks. Leave your settings as they are so that the change can be recognized.
