Why can't James Blake do anything about the bad call in the Olympics?

He had a chance to do something when it happened, but he blew it. He didn't challenge! He probably lost because of that bad call. He could've made it to the Olympic FINALS! He beat Federer which was a HUGE victory. I still think the way Gonzo won was unfair :X

he couldn't challenge it, the day after that happened i was watching the legg mason tennis tournament on tv and the brad gilbert the commentator said that he asked an itf official if blake cud have challenged that and the official said no. in that case the only way to change the call is if the umpire saw/heard the ball hit gonzo's racket or if gonzo admits it.

He lost because Gonzalez didn't play fair. How can you not feel the ball touching (even lightly) your racket? That's not the first time I've heard a player complaining about his lack of sportsmanship. Sad to see it happen at the Olympics.
