Why can't People under 18 volunteer for RSPCA or Wildlife Organizations?

Question

My mum said she would volunteer me to do work with wires of something, and i cant.. she doesnt believe me, but thats parents for ya.

Can someone tell me if they find a australian wildlife org. that lets under 18s join and help sick and injured wildlife.

Have you looked at the WWF

Working with animmals is risky.  The risk of getting sued is way too high to let a minor do it even with parental consent.
