Why can't a psp support GBA emulators or SNES?

I mean come on, shouldn't upgraded versions be able to support the emulators? 1.5 can, so why can't the new ones support it?

  1. you need custom firmware


  2. so you only use approved products

  3. 1.5 firmware can because the programs were hacked to work on them. It's also illegal in every way to do so. Anyways, GBA and SNES are owned by NINTENDO, not Sony, and Nintendo would never allow Sony to get rights on any of their products.
