  1. Well, the best reason would be: Gov. Sarah is not running for the office of POTUS. Therefore, this isn't even a level playing field. In my opinion (which pretty-much counts for nothin'), this was an 11th hour decision by the GOP as a last-ditch effort to sway a lot of Hillary people (I was one of them) to vote for McCain simply for the reason that he has chosen a woman as a running mate. This antic did not sway me one little bit, since these 2 candidates are NOT running for the same office. I do NOT think that she could have possibly been his best choice, but nobody ask me. However, from what I have seen of Sarah Palin, this is one intelligent, determined, "Git-R-done" type of woman who, with a little more grooming, programing (or, should I say brainwashing?) on the federal level may just surprise all of us. Yep, she's a little wet behind the ears, but what is Obama? Here's a guy who's never held any elected office running for POTUS. How did this even happen?

Now, quite honestly--I am very disappointed with BOTH tickets right now, and for the first time in my voting life I may vote for an independent or take the option of the write-in line with my candidate being: Dr. Bill Cosby. Yes, I am a Dem, but I do NOT vote for the party. Rather, I vote for the person I feel is the most qualified for the position.

  2. She's experience at running a Popsicles Stand for 2 years. She got to where she is because of the name recognition that she gained as a beauty pageant contestant. So she's where she is because she looked good in a bathing suit. You can't be serious. That Kool Aide has infected your logical thinking processes.

  3. Good question.  It is lopsided, isn't it?

Me thinks they're running scared so they load a bunch of c**p about Governor Palin.  Typical of liberals!

  4. She can...but there are still a lot of 'Womans-place-is-in-the-home" people around....

Strangely enough, on here the liberals have been the ones shouting about this... And about foreign policy...typically the liberals don't care about foreign policy.. they are more concerned with social issues and domestic policy....

  5. besides scratch his own balls, nothing that i know of.

  6. Good question. I wonder why the powers that be can't figure this out.

  7. It's not even like that. Why can't an unexperienced woman do a supporting job to what an unexperienced man can do just fine?

  8. none is better than bad and my thing is for her is MCCAIN temper  he's going to take her thruogh the mudd i truly hope she can handle him she is no hillary !!!

  9. I'm not voting for Obama even though I'm a Democrat, but the lack of her experience is even worse than his.  McCain needed someone good with the economy.

  10. Men and Women think completely different. What a man can do, most women cant. But what women can do, most men cant. It works both ways. Thats why you see more men doing mechanical jobs, and women doing more service jobs.

Our brains and the way we think are just different.

  11. whoa there!...you might make a liberals head spin...

  12. INexperienced.

  13. she is a better choice at handling the economy than obama is.

she is a mother have the same "typical" family problems that 90% of american families have. so she knows first hand whats it like. this is why she has my vote.

this is a woman i can connect to.

a solid background without dreams of grandeur like obama has.

a typical family facing typical family problems.

obama made the statement the other day that "I run my campaign will outrules her running alaska"

LOLOL, yeah right!! Obama does NOT run his campaign, David alexrod does!!!

then he says, "I handle more money each week then she does in a whole year.

Remember last year and the first part of this year? obama kept "misplacing" 200 to 500 thousand dollars during the primaries. the money just kept coming up missing!!!

even CNN who loves obama would amost weekly say, "well, obama just lost another 500 grand this week, he does not know where it went!"

    LOLOL

Yeah, sounds like he is in full control!

    LOL

he chooses private funding so no one knows where the money is coming from.

    yeah ok!

  14. Sarah Palin has experience. WOW< why are u falling into that trap that the media is spewing that she has no exp

  15. you mean the you want from women to f*****k the men

  16. Palin's political positions are even more troubling than her resume.

  17. Because 8 years of W Bush have FUBARed this country and we don't have anymore money left

  18. She can.   The word 'experience' has been overused.  The president is not a king or a dictator.  He/she does not run the country alone. IF the president surrounds himself with competent people things, will be fine.  Also, Congress has to approve so a lot of hair brain issues aren't pushed through.  At least, that is the way it should be.

  19. Really, did anyone question d**k Cheney's experience?

  20. I don't care but I see your point. It doesn't matter to me but I'm a woman. I don't like Palin based on her views and her record is suspect. I'm a liberal democrat so of course I wouldn't. If I liked her just because she's a woman then I would be sexist. I'm not. I am a feminist. Equal treatment for all.

She has no foreign policy experience. I'm not sure what her experience on the economy is. I don't think she's truly qualified for the position but it can be argued that Obama isn't either. What I like about Obama is that he seems to know the right questions to ask and who to seek answers from. He doesn't seem to me to be a control freak or ego maniac. I think those are good things, not to be.

edit: I'm not sure that I believe Palin is a strong woman. I think that is subject to debate.

  21. The question doesn't bother me, for two reasons:

    1.    She is, in fact, experienced.  HE is not.

    2.    They are not even applying for the same job, anyway.

  22. When that woman is under criminal investigation, then I say she shouldn't be doing what a more qualified male candidate could do instead.

Plus this makes one question McCain's judgment as well. Is he going to surround himself with unexperienced personnel to s***w up the country like Brownie and FEMA? At least Obama has enough sense to find experienced qualified people to help him out.

And at least you admit that Palin is inexperienced, I'm getting tired of conservatives trying to blow smoke up people's *** about how qualified she is to be president.

  23. The hypocracy is mind blowing.

  24. Unexperienced woman can do a lot. Unfortunately for Republican case she was brought out of left field.

While Obama was more known than her.  I guess

  25. She has more executive experience then him.  A strong woman is a threat.

  26. No one never questioned if she could do what a man can do. You must be one of those burn your bra type of women. Mind you I am a woman. It has nothing to do with her experience as no candidate has experience as a president or vice president. Like Bill Clinton said, it's something you learn on the job. We only pointed out that McCain bashed Obama for lack of experience when he picked someone with less experience for his running mate. It wasn't that we feel she could not learn how to do the job, its was a statement about the hypocrisy of McCain. However, we do not agree with Palin's views and she doesn't seem trustworthy to me. Woman or man??? Does it matter what s*x you are? No. Does it matter where you stand on the issues? Yes. Therefore I do not like her because she doesn't represent me as the woman I am or the women that I know. She can not relate. Obama as well as his wife, have encountered women like myself, therefore can relate. I am going with the ones that will represent me when they make decisions. Not someone just because she is a woman. That's bias.

  27. By unexperienced man I guess you are referring to McCain.

If you believe the line that she has more experience than Obama then obviously the same argument means she has more experience than McCain.

This means that McCain is not qualified to be President and the GOP should nominate Sarah for President at the convention.

  28. do what?

and what sort of inexperience are we talking about? :D

  29. This is such a waste of a question. we are in 21 century not in dinosaur times. Get with the program lol what ever men do women can do even better with or without experience.

  30. Good Point. And she is running for vice president not president.
