What is this question ?

If it means - why he is not scoring runs in test match cricket, you are wrong. Dhoni made plenty of runs in test cricket also. May be that he is not one of the very best test match batsmen but he is a useful bat.

If it means - why he can't run for test match captaincy, please note that a great player Anil Kumble is already holding that post and doing it very very well. Dhoni's time has to come and it will come after Sehwag's tenure at captaincy is over.

Let us see what  Dhoni can do in test cricket, once the big-4 leaves the team. That is when more batting responsibility will be thrust onto Dhoni's head.

i really feels shame for nalaka fairy because he says he is not up to standard  .

well if u have simple understanding u will get that he coes at no. 7 and at this time indian batsman need fast runs from him to get close to big target as quickly as possible .

he saves a few matches like in lords he saves the test alone and as a result of that we win the series ,  and he contributes a lot in teams spirit ,

and for the knowledge of nalaka , dhoni is far better batsman than their great batsmans like sangakara , jaywardene  ,  scoring centuries against bangladesh , zimbabwe   does not make great batsmans .

and scoring only in srilanka does not make great batsmans , u need to score a5t every country to be great and dhoni has done that.
