  1. Use to be that way due to all the marching, but with innovations in foot ware things have changed some it will depend on how severely flat footed you are now.


  2. People with flat feet often have problems with them. Excessive walking or running can further these problems. Not every one with flat feet has problems with them. Without any foot problems flat footed people can join, I did.
