  1. the only reason of that is you have the wrong id user/ or invalid id among your contacts!


  2. 1 invalid id

    2 try adding by email also

    3 there could be a glitch in your yahoo

    4 run scans for spyware and malware

    5 if  nothing helps  try reinstalling your yahoo
