Why can't i attach videos to an email?

Question

i'm trying to send a 16mb video through email, but when i try and attach a video, nothing happens? and i am doing it right because i send pics and music this way...why wont it let me send!!??

yahoo doesn't allow you to send files bigger than 10mb in a single attachment.so you copy all you want to send into a single folder and compress them using win zip,win rar etc.then go the following link and upload the compressed file and give the recipients address.

video files are far too large and run into gbs -  most isp providers have limits generally 10mb
