Why can't i change the date and time on my razr v3m?

How can I change the date and time on my razr cell phone V3m I'm on unicel

well......if you don't no "how to" operate such nice piece of technology then you shouldn't even have a phone!

from the splash screen, go to settings

then to "initial setup" then "time and date"

then turn OFF "auto update" and it should bring you to the time and date then  change it from there!

Have you tried turning it off & on again?

... they should receive an updated time & date from the cellular towers when it comes back on.
