Why can't i connect to WoW it says unable to connect?

i turned off all my firewalls, opened all the exact ports on my router, servers are all up and my internet is fine on everything but WoW

You should be able to access the internet before trying to connect. Or you may have an expired WoW license.

Make and model of your router?  (A good router won't forward ports to a computer that has an IP address within the router's DHCP lease area.)  Make and model of your modem?  If it's a routing modem you're going to have to put the modem in bridge mode or emasculate the router - you can't forward ports through two address translations.  (Either one is just a setup change - no hardware gets modified.)
