  1. Yahoo 360 is glitchy/buggy. Make sure your nickname has no special characters, at least during the activation process. Also, perhaps your 360 space is already activated.

You should be able to do the following to get into your 360 space, when you've activated your 360:

    - LOG OUT of all Yahoo services

    - Go to http://360.yahoo.com

    - Click the teeny tiny "Sign-in" link on the upper left of the page. After signing in, the page refreshes and you should click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.

If you are using a Yahoo address provided by your ISP (like AT&T Yahoo or Verizon), that could be causing problems.

You may need to try to set up a 360 space on a different Yahoo account. You can have multiple Yahoo accounts. Set up a completely new account by going to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, activate the 360 for that new Yahoo ID.

NOTE: The Y!360 team is no longer addressing bug reports, as it prepares to launch a new social-networking system in the 2nd half of 2008. See http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360 for more details. The 360 team blog is also accessible via the "Yahoo! 360 News" link in the upper right corner of your 360 space.

UPDATE: You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. It may help. Before clearing cookies, make sure you know your passwords to sites.

    CACHE:

    In Internet Explorer, see http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/usin...

In Firefox, click the "Clear Cache Now" button under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache.

In Safari, under the Safari menu is an option to Empty Cache; select this.

    COOKIES:

In Firefox, do this under Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies > Clear Cookies Now

In Internet Explorer, do this under Tools > Internet Options > General > Browsing History > Delete > Delete Cookies > Yes

In Safari, select Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Show Cookies, then click the option to Remove cookies.

    Then, restart your computer.
