Why can't i download yahoo music jukebox?

Says the download was unsuccessful & to restart my computer, I did that, & it still didn't work

Get rid of all copies of Yahoo Music; look in add or remove programs (e.g. Yahoo Music Engine, Yahoo Music Jukebox).  Run XP disk cleanup (start->all programs->accessories->system tools).  Run Microsoft free onecare cleanup scan (broom):

Goto downloads.yahoo.com and download YMJ.  Use Run (don't save to desktop).  Download Windows Media Player 11 (need for YMJ plus or unlimited):
