Why can't i get a pic on my poker stars id when i signed up i couldn't click on add pic?

Make sure you are playing on the .com site (they still do play money there same as .net).  Then once you upload your picture it will take a few days for the staff to approve it.

Once you've done that you will only ever be able to change it one time.  So make sure it's a good pic.

You can't upload pictures to a .net account on poker stars.

You need to upload your chosen avatar (pic) and it takes several days for the staff to get around to approving it.  They don't want pictures of your butt on there for instance and they need to make sure that doesn't happen :)  This is typical of sites by the way.
