Why can't i get into chess online?

I can't see why you shouldn't be able to. You should be able to jump right in and start playing. If I knew more about your problem, I might be able to help you further.

See if you can't contact someone higher up on the Yahoo food chain.  They should be able to figure it out for you.

Can't play? Try to check the setting of Pop-Up Blocker. Turn it off. Install Java applet and try again to play Yahoo! Chess.
