Why can't i get pic in my email from a cell phone anymore?

my daughter sends me pictures of my grandughter through her cell phone and i use to get them but now i cant. i've tried everything!

You are probably out of cache for viewing picture, maybe try the following step to release it.

1. on ur ie Click <Tools> from pulldown menu

2. Select <Internet Option>

3. From <General> Tab, u find the <Temporary Internet Files> field.

4. U then click the <delete Cookie>

5. Click <Save> for confirm.
