Why can't i join the group?

i'm a chinese.i just signed up the yahoo.but i have a problem.when i want to join a Yahoo!group ,after i click the "join this group"and i enter a new profile ,it says "The profile what cannot be used with Yahoo! Groups."or" "That profile name is taken. Please try another name." or garbled like?? ˹ӐזĸШСд

i would like to what is wrong.

Yahoo! Groups has a customer care team in the help section.

I suggest Yahoo Customer care, it may be a glitch.

I HAVE NO CLUE..I JUST JOINED YAHOO ABOUT A WEEK AGO...SORRY I COULDNT BE OF MORE HELP! HOPE U HAD A HAPPY HOLIDAY!
