Why can't i log in with my mobile device?

Question

i signed up for yahoo mobile, but then when i try to sign in with my mobile device, it kept saying my provider might not be supported. i spoke to one of my provider's customer rep and i was told that my phone is sms txt msg capable. i signed up for sprint pcs vision so i can sign up to my mobile device when i am away.....but i can't seem to do that. what do i need to do?

Here is something that I found has worked

If I sign in on my computer at home, then it works on the phone. So i would say maybe try it..  i dont know if I am helping anyone , becasue I never get a negative feedback about it.. just a thanks so  that feels good that it amay be working.,.hope u r not the first-lol

+++I did find a that Yahoo go - accepts the user settings on the PC

NOW for a real answer,

It alwas seems that Yahoo Mobile is not working, when in fact it really is, have you tried to message anyone?
