Why can't i look at my cookie folder?

IM trying to find something in my cookie folder. But it tells me Access denied also it says its not accessable. Why is that? Has someome tampered with the folder possible? I am the adminstator (sorry for bad spelling)

start in safe mode and then browse to it

Well its pretty odd that you cant access them since your an admin.

But, cookie folders are usually hidden with your network files. So all i can say is check out your network files and you may find the cookie folder
